7-Day Returns
We offer a 7-day return window from the date you receive your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and unaltered
- The item must be returned in its original packaging, including box, pouch, tags, and any accompanying materials
- The piece must be in resalable condition, free from scratches, dents, perfume, or signs of wear
Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery and are subject to product availability.
As many of our pieces are limited edition, the same item or variant may not always be available.
If an exchange is not possible, we may offer store credit or an exchange for another item of equal value.
Any price difference will be adjusted accordingly.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange unless received damaged or incorrect:
- Earrings or pierced jewellery (for hygiene reasons)
- Sale, promotional, or discounted items
- Customized, engraved, resized, or made-to-order pieces
- Items returned without original packaging or showing signs of wear
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Clear photos or videos of the item and packaging will be required for verification.
Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution.
Refunds
After your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval status.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method or issued as store credit.
Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
